Kate builds go-to-market-centric programmes that shape how frontline teams engage customers — from skills development to coaching. She has led major initiatives to professionalise customer-facing delivery at scale, including new methodologies, practical execution, and system enablement, along with core content designed to equip hundreds of reps to build stronger customer relationships.

Kate sits on the Board of Central School of Ballet, is a qualified ICF coach, and speaks internationally on sales enablement, commercial transformation and inclusive leadership.
