Jo Bance is the Global Marketing Director for Expleo Group, a global engineering, technology and consulting service provider.

Since graduating from the University of St Andrews she has been an helping companies set up and grow their marketing functions and strategies, primarily in the IT sectors. With an excellent track record for identifying opportunities and accelerating business growth she has led marketing teams in both small and global organisations in Europe and Asia.

Jo is fascinated by the continuously changing nature of marketing and the innovative technologies that enable great creative campaigns. She likes nothing more than a good story, and has witnessed the impact that a good business story can make. Jo’s interest in mindfulness, travelling, other cultures and people in general support her collaborative and people centric approach to life.
