Description

Lowri Morgan is an award-winning broadcaster, world-renowned ultra-endurance athlete and international keynote speaker. With a broadcasting career spanning global events, Lowri has presented World Athletics for Channel 4, covered international marathons for the BBC, and fronted S4C’s World Rally Championship and Scrum V rugby coverage.

Alongside her live sports work, Lowri has presented multiple award-winning documentaries following her extreme adventures, as well as National Geographic programmes where she has lived and documented life with remote indigenous tribes. Her work has earned numerous international awards, including multiple BAFTAs for her presenting. She has also filmed a documentary following her journey 2.5 miles beneath the Atlantic Ocean to visit the wreck of the Titanic — adding to her remarkable catalogue of extreme environments explored.

Widely regarded as one of the world’s leading ultra-endurance athletes, Lowri has completed — and won — some of the most demanding races on the planet, from the 350-mile Arctic Ultra to multi-day jungle, mountain and ocean challenges. She was also part of the first all-female crew to win line honours in the iconic Three Peaks Yacht Race and has taken on extreme solo challenges, including running the full length of Wales via its highest peaks in just 60 hours.

Despite being told twice in her life that she would never be able to run properly again, Lowri has continued to challenge limits. Nearly 20 years on, she proves that age, injury and setbacks are no barrier to achieving high performance.

Drawing on these unique experiences, Lowri delivers powerful insights on resilience, leadership, adaptability, and performing under pressure — translating lessons from extreme environments into the boardroom and business world.
