Sarah is currently the global CMO at Capgemini, responsible for the full marketing mix from brand positioning and client experience to account-based marketing. She joined Capgemini almost three years ago to drive change and transform the Marketing & Communications function.

Sarah spent the first twenty-five years of her professional marketing career at Accenture where she held a number of senior leadership roles: CMO of the Accenture Operations business, Marketing lead for Growth & Strategy working with Chief Strategy Officer on M&A, Industry Analyst Relations lead, and creator and lead of the “Leading Voices” advocacy and leadership positioning program.During the years between her professional services marketing roles, Sarah worked agency-side and led the Brand-led Employee Experience practice globally at brand consultancy, Landor.

Sarah’s early career was not in marketing but as a research scientist. She holds a degree in Microbiology & Virology and a PhD in Molecular Biology (focused on HIV) from Warwick University, in partnership with Novartis.
