He has helped B2B and B2C brands like BT, Paul Smith, DHL, and Copa Airlines have real conversations with each customer across all digital channels. As past Chair of the UK DMA Responsible Marketing Committee, he shaped the discussion and defined best practice around the responsible use of data and marketing channels. He currently works with several companies as a Fractional CMO, Non-Exec Director and Board Advisor helping them convert cash into data and then leverage that data to create more cash.
