Norman Guadagno joined Mimecast in November 2022 as Chief Marketing Officer. With over 20 years of B2B and B2C marketing experience, Guadagno oversees Mimecast’s marketing organization, and plays a critical role in accelerating the company’s product-led growth strategy via revenue and customer acquisition, storytelling, and channel partner initiatives.
Guadagno has deep expertise leading business transformation initiatives, including brand building and GTM strategy, within competitive markets. Prior to Mimecast, he served as CEO of Norbella, a full-service media agency that partners with a range of brands like athenahealth, Boston Symphony Orchestra, and Cybereason. Prior to Norbella, Guadagno was the Chief Marketing Officer of Acoustic, a marketing and customer experience SaaS company, where he oversaw the company’s corporate marketing, strategic branding, and GTM initiatives. He has also held senior marketing roles at Carbonite, Microsoft, and Oracle.
Guadagno holds a Master of Arts degree in psychology from Rice University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Rochester.
