Piero DePaoli is the global marketing strategy leader for ServiceNow and has more than 25 years of experience building and marketing enterprise software solutions. He and his team are responsible for aligning with the business and working across the marketing organization to create, implement, and manage ServiceNow’s overall marketing strategy.
Piero has previously held several different positions during his 9-year ServiceNow career. Most recently he led customer and community marketing, increasing the number of community users by 20% year over year and adding nearly 500K people to ServiceNow’s learning programs. He also has led several different product and solution marketing functions, and in each case, the businesses grew faster than ServiceNow is growing and reached Gartner Magic Quadrant leader status.
Prior to joining ServiceNow, Piero led product marketing for Symantec's enterprise security products and services for 6 years, resulting in over $2B in annual revenue and leadership positions in several security markets. He led product management and product marketing at Wi-Fi pioneer, iPass, and held sales and sales engineering positions at CompuServe Network Services, UUNET, and MCI Worldcom.
Piero holds an MBA with an emphasis in Information Systems and Marketing and a BA in Political Science and Economics, both from the University of California, Davis.
