Jackie Flynn is a strategic marketing and communications leader with 18+ years driving client-centric outcomes at companies such as Pegasystems (Pega), HP, and BAE Systems. At Pega, she heads up the Americas region as part of the global growth marketing leadership team, serving as a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) function for Pega’s business in North and South America. Jackie draws from deep experience in marketing strategy aligned to client and business outcomes, strategic communications, Account-Based Marketing, and industry expertise. She has been a Chairman’s award nominee at both BAE Systems and Pega, most recently winning Pega’s Chairman’s Award in 2026. Highlights of her career include winning a $3.5 Billion contract through a multi-year marketing and strategic communications effort, as well as an organizational change management ABM program in partnership with the government to better serve citizens in need. Jackie is deeply passionate about ensuring clients are not only successful, but are celebrated for their achievements. She lives with her husband, two children, firstborn dog, and sixteen chickens in Northern Virginia, USA. Jackie was also a collegiate athlete, serving as the team captain of the women’s Division 1 lacrosse team at Virginia Tech and coached women’s lacrosse for almost a decade after university.
