Piers is a brand strategist with a range of B2B and consumer experience. He is currently Director of Brand, Strategy and Planning for EY UK, where he is focussed on combining data and creativity to create a distinctive a strong market presence. Previously, he was at Direct Line Group, where he led the design of Direct Line’s highly successful repositioning as a “fixer”, and has also worked for brands including the Post Office and Santander. He is an avid follower of both Marketing Science and behavioural economics, and is passionate about building teams who are inspired to deliver brilliant work that generates results.
