Charlotte is a creative and commercial marketing leader with over 15 years’ experience across FinTech, E-Commerce and Retail businesses in EMEA and US. Currently in role as Head of Marketing for NatWest Payments, where she sits on the Management Team and leads a full service function responsible for growth and engagement.

Prior to this, Charlotte held brand and marketing positions at Camelot (The National Lottery) and led the Integrated Marketing function for Europe and Australia at PayPal where she was responsible for delivering customer and brand results while owning the go-to-market strategy and marketing plans to ensure critical product launches and partnerships reached the right audiences across the funnel to achieve business goals.

Known as a collaborative and strategic business partner, Charlotte’s focus is to deliver innovative, customer-first marketing programmes and campaigns that create strong brand equity and measurable success.

In addition to the professional priorities, Charlotte is also a Bloom Mentor, where she delivers
coaching to younger women in communications and she has recently been a guest speaker at her Masters alma mater, Birmingham University, where she delivered a lecture on digital marketing strategy.
