Karen Fenwick is Head of Communications for Siemens plc and joined the company and the Executive Board on 27th March 2023.
Karen is a strategic communications leader with a wealth of experience within a wide variety of global organisations including PWC, Corus (now Tata Steel) and Vickers (now BAE Systems). She is passionate about how communications can help demystify the complex and unlock real value in businesses.
In her most recent role within the chemicals sector at Venator Materials plc, based in Teesside, Karen led the communication of a major acquisition and subsequent integration, the separation of Venator from Huntsman Corp. and along with her team was responsible for the creation and global implementation of the brand for the new business as it launched on the NYSE.
High performance, Sustainability and Diversity, equity and inclusion are central to the cultures in which Karen thrives and they continue to be a key focus for her leadership at Siemens plc.
Karen lives in Northallerton, North Yorkshire, with her two sons.
