Michelle is head of marketing for OpenAthens (a part of Jisc), a global single sign-on product for digital libraries and publishers. Her team supports both customer acquisition and customer retention with marketing strategies that cover partner and sales enablement, product marketing, brand awareness, customer experience and demand generation. Residing in Bristol, UK, Michelle’s previous experience spans various sectors, including technology, environmental services, and not-for-profits.

Outside of work, Michelle chairs the board for a local community action charity. When she’s not leading marketing strategies or shaping community initiatives, you can find her immersed in a compelling book, exploring the countryside in her camper, or experiencing live music.
