Commercially astute and performance focused, with 20+ years of national and international experience enabling organisational growth through strategic brand and marketing initiatives by putting customers at the heart of everything.
Carol’s career splits neatly in half; beginning with account management and planning roles in international advertising agencies that included JWT, Grey and McCanns. This was punctuated by a stint of high-level planning, intense coaching and utilising complex negotiation skills, managing a small army of babies and toddlers (well three!).
Once back working out of the home, Carol found herself working for a series of hospitality and leisure companies; Greene King, Rank Leisure and more latterly, Compass Group.
She has a history of leading and overseeing brand, retail, and product marketing operations while enhancing productivity of underperforming areas. Repeated success in developing brand strategies to create new brand platforms, increase awareness and strengthen market position and well versed in identifying areas of improvement and formulating robust marketing roadmaps to maximise revenue generation and optimise sales growth.
When not working, she likes to spend time with her family by the sea, near her home, cycling (really quite badly), cooking and reading.
