Kate has over 20 years of experience in B2B marketing, beginning her career in the agency world (TBWA, H&K) before moving into legal marketing (Shearman & Sterling, Linklaters) and then to consultancy. Her career spans the full breadth of marketing disciplines, and geographies from the US to Russia. She is most energised when planning for genuinely sustainable and win-win growth strategies, or when working with team members to help them develop new skills and opportunities.

At LCP, Kate has led the BD and Marketing team as the firm has tripled in size, entered new sectors and geographies, and carried out its first acquisition (of Delta EE, to form LCP Delta). She has taken the firm through a significant brand repositioning and ensured that the marketing and BD strategy remains cutting edge and fit for purpose as the firm has changed over the last 12 years.
