Louise joined Serco in January 2024 to lead on marketing and customer communications for UK & Europe.
Having started her career on a civil service graduate programme, Louise caught the marketing and comms bug and moved on to a number of external and internal comms roles primarily in the built environment working for a national housebuilder and housing association and an architecture practice. Most recently she worked for Kier, where she headed up marketing, external and internal comms for its construction business, one of the largest builders in the country and a strategic supplier to government.
Louise loves working in marketing and comms because it means you can get involved in ‘pretty much everything’. She is passionate about demonstrating the impact and value of the function by ensuring it is firmly rooted in addressing customer needs to drive growth and enhance and protect reputation.
