Her role at the Institution of Engineering & Technology (IET) as the Chief Engagement & Growth Officer involves leveraging this experience to engage and grow the IET’s engineering and technology community, ensuring that the IET's initiatives resonate with both current and prospective members and customers globally. Looking after the 200 strong sales team, member and customer engagement team, marketing and communications team and international offices, she works across both B2B and B2C audiences including Industry, Practitioners, Academia, Government and Society to inspire, influence and inform the global engineering and technology sector.
