Madeline is a Strategic Communication Advisor at NatWest Group, leading communications and engagement plans of activity and supporting the bank’s client-facing franchises on achieving their business-critical priorities. She was the Advisor to the CEO of Commercial & Institutional for a number of years, and in 2024 moved to lead communications for the US business. She has also previously spent time supporting the executives responsible for Strategy and Propositions, Balance Sheet Management, as well as Digital & Transformation programmes.
Prior to joining NatWest, Madeline worked in public and investor relations and financial communications at a number of global organisations across the UK, USA and Australia, leading on public relations management, external & internal communications and media training across multiple sectors. She has also spent time as an academic, teaching courses in journalism and communications.
Madeline attended University of Queensland and University of California, Santa Barbara for her undergraduate degree in Communications, and attended University of Cambridge for her graduate degree in Philosophy. She is originally from Brisbane, Australia, and is now based between London and New York.
