Teresa is a passionate B2B marketer with more than 25 years’ experience working in the financial services and professional services industries. She is currently the VP of Marketing at HireRight, a global employment background screening company, where she has been instrumental in shaping the company's regional and global marketing strategies for the past decade.

Based in London, Teresa leads a multi-functional international marketing team, focusing on innovative solutions that support the company’s regional and global objectives. In addition to her professional achievements, Teresa is the President of HireRight’s Worldwide Women employee affinity group, where she has helped expand the group’s reach and impact globally, fostering a trusted environment and a forum for women to be inspired and supported.

Before joining HireRight, Teresa held several B2B marketing roles at The NatWest Group, where she developed and executed marketing campaigns that significantly enhanced the bank's brand presence and customer engagement.

Teresa's career is marked by her passion for empowering and developing others, and her dedication to embracing continuous improvement. Outside of work, Teresa is a keen traveller, an avid West Ham supporter, and a terrible golfer.
