Nadine Leighton is a seasoned senior marketing leader with extensive experience driving business growth in the tech, education, and business services sectors. She has a proven track record in building and executing high-impact marketing strategies for global brands, including PwC, LexisNexis, and City & Guilds. Specializing in B2B marketing, Nadine has led complex international projects, integrated digital strategies, and repositioned brands to achieve market leadership.
As well as her current role as Marketing Director at Bright Software Group, Nadine is a co-founder of Join Our Table, a community for Black British women working in advertising, communications, marketing and media. As Bloom in Colour co-lead (IG for women of colour and their allies within Bloom UK) Nadine actively advocates and actively supports efforts to enhance inclusion, diversity, and equity for all within the comms industry. Nadine is also a mentor for mid-level women working in the marketing and advertising industries and a family court magistrate.
