Hans has over 25 years of experience in international B2B tech marketing. Hans currently leads the Growth Marketing at tech consultancy AND Digital where he has successfully introduced a demand generation programme, transformed the way sales & marketing collaborate and installed a data-lead approach to marketing. In previous roles, Hans was responsible for all global marketing channels at Motorola Solutions, where he spent 10+ years working across Chicago and Edinburgh. Hans enjoys working with aspiring marketing talents and provides mentoring and coaching through various voluntary roles. In his spare time, Hans holds several NED positions, helping non-funded organisations with their marketing and communications strategies.
