Penta joined MongoDB to lead our International Marketing organisation, which includes the EMEA and APAC marketing teams. She’s a dual UK-US citizen and possesses extensive experience in developing integrated Marketing strategies and building high-performing teams that deliver increased customer engagement and growth across varied geographies. She began her career at Dell in various Sales roles before transitioning to Marketing. In 2012, she moved from Austin, Texas, to London with Symantec, where she led EMEA marketing and business development leadership functions. Penta has significant experience in the EMEA and APAC regions, notably building and leading international integrated marketing teams at Druva, a SaaS data protection and management company. Most recently, she served as CMO at Kalray, a Euronext-listed company specializing in solutions for compute-intensive applications and next-generation data centers.
