Currently leading the EMEA Marketing organisation for SentinelOne, she has extensive experience building high-performing teams and transforming marketing within some of the world's fastest-growing cybersecurity businesses.

Known for combining commercial rigour with creative thinking, Hayley believes marketing's role extends far beyond executing campaigns. She is passionate about bringing customer and market intelligence into business strategy, connecting marketing closely to sales and measurable growth, and building brands as long-term business assets. Her approach is rooted in data but powered by people, creating the clarity, confidence and capability teams need to challenge convention, harness AI intelligently and lead through change.
