Sahej Grover leads the Global Brand and Social Media strategy at L&T Technology Services. With over 15 years of experience across B2B marketing, brand strategy, and international markets, he focuses on building purposeful brand narratives that connect business, technology, and people.
He has played a key role in shaping LTTS’ brand refresh and driving integrated brand initiatives across global markets, employer branding, executive positioning, and large-scale brand programs. His work involves close collaboration with leadership to align brand strategy with business priorities and strengthen market positioning.
Prior to LTTS, Sahej worked with HCLTech and the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), gaining exposure to global markets, CXO engagement, and industry-led initiatives globally. He is a recipient of the Pinnacle Award at LTTS and was recently recognized as Brand Strategist of the Year at the Millennial Achievers Awards 2025 by Marketing Mind.
