Jason McInerney, EMBA, FCIM, is the Marketing & Commercial Intelligence Director for Water Tech Europe at Veolia. Jason specialises in building data driven organisations that align directly with business purpose and growth objectives. He has a strong track record of restructuring traditional marketing communications teams into commercial growth engines that partner closely with sales to drive pipeline, revenue, and brand strength across European markets.

At Veolia, Jason spearheaded the transformation of traditional marketing teams into a unified, pan European revenue marketing organisation. He built and currently leads a multidisciplinary European team encompassing digital, demand generation, content, operations, and market intelligence specialists. Under his leadership, this team established a matrix structure to support pan European marketing activities. The team has delivered on all KPIs year on year since forming and is continuously evolving with the business.

Jason began his career as a Marine Engineer Mechanic in the Royal Navy, followed by several years in technical validation engineering roles. This combination of a hands on technical foundation and subsequent commercial experience provides him with a practical, analytical perspective on supporting B2B growth and industrial technology adoption.
