Jarmila is the Founder of YUnique Marketing Ltd, she’s a globally ranked Top100 CMO, a Chartered Marketer, and a Top50 Business Advisor. A multi award-winning businesswoman and proud mum, Jarmila enjoys forging strong links between education and business, supporting entrepreneurship and the marketing profession.

Having spent 25 years in technology marketing, building her career in start-ups and some of the world’s largest brands, Jarmila knows what it takes to develop successful marketing strategies and how to get the best performance out of teams. In 2016 she set up her own consultancy, making it her mission to provide the CMO Advantage to SMEs - to enable them to drive economic growth.

She speaks at events and is often featured in marketing and business publications, sharing her expertise and encouraging entrepreneurs and business leaders to leverage the power of excellent marketing and communications and support marketing talent development - starting of course, with strategy.

Alongside client work, and serving as Talent & Marketing Strategy Specialist at Propolis, Jarmila holds various committee roles supporting business, education and marketing. She is the Chair of the Surrey Branch of the IoD, Chair of the International Advisory Board at the School of Business & Management at Royal Holloway Univ. of London and Chair of the Talent Council at the DMA.
