Leigh Lafever-Ayer is responsible for making the workplace engaging, fun and friendly at Enterprise Mobility in the UK and Ireland. This includes all aspects of human resources, talent acquisition, community engagement and the employee journey.
Leigh started her career in the organisation as a graduate in branch operations and has held many positions throughout the company.
Leigh champions, advises, and sponsors DEI initiatives and is passionate about making Enterprise Mobility and the industry more attractive to women. Enterprise have been recognised by The Times as a Top 50 Employer for Women for many years and have recently been ranked #24 in the Top 75 Employers by the Social Mobility Foundation. Enterprise was recently named Graduate Employer of the Year by Targetjobs, #1 in Rate My Placement for their internship programme and are included in The Top 100 Graduate Employers in the UK.
Leigh volunteers her time advising organisations including Business in the Community Gender Leadership team, Global Diversity Practice, Royal Holloway School of Business and Management Advisory Board and DMA Talent Advisory Committee.
Leigh is originally from Cookeville, Tennessee, and now lives outside of London with her husband, daughter, and Labrador.
