Ben Wylie is an accomplished business leader with a strong track record of driving financial performance and strategic growth across international markets. With extensive experience in senior finance roles, Ben brings a deep understanding of financial management, commercial strategy, and organisational leadership to the IET.

Ben has held Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Country Manager roles, previously at Econocom, a global digital transformation consultancy with revenues of approximately €3 billion. His earlier career includes leadership positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Hertz, where he built and led high-performing finance teams and delivered measurable improvements in financial sustainability and business outcomes.

A qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA) and Fellow of the ICAEW, Ben has managed profitability for five international entities and led the performance and strategic delivery of multiple business units. He is a collaborative and data-driven leader, experienced in matrix organisations, and passionate about nurturing inclusive, high-performing teams aligned with organisational values.

Fluent in French and German, with conversational Mandarin, Ben brings a global perspective and a commitment to excellence as he helps guide the IET on its journey toward long-term financial sustainability and impact.
