Rhiannon leads PwC’s award-winning Global ABM programme, which she joined to build from scratch just under three years ago. In that time, she has established a new ABM team, a global community of practice, and secured the success stories and internal advocacy to gain investment for the programme’s fourth year.
Rhiannon previously spent six years at Accenture, where she started out managing strategic ABM programmes for financial services clients in the UK. After redesigning the UK approach to ABM, she later built the business case to expand the capability across Europe.
She is passionate about ABM and the value it can deliver for both businesses and clients. She enjoys mentoring fellow marketers and is an active thought leader in the ABM community, regularly sharing her perspectives on the future of ABM and the challenges we face today.
