Over the past few years, artificial intelligence (AI) has made a tremendous impact on marketing – from marketers being able to pull data and analyse hyper-personalized insights of their customer base to automating everyday processes, and so much more. In fact, there are a number of exciting opportunities when looking at how AI can be applied in marketing, and martech is one such area. There has been an increasing number of martech companies using AI to augment their platforms, which begs the following question: will AI eventually become an invaluable tool to an organization’s marketing operations toolkit?
