Karen McFarlane is a solutions-focused Senior Marketing Executive and Board Member with more than 25 years of success across the tech, AI, professional services, ecommerce, non-profit, and entertainment industries. Karen serves as CMO of LetterShop, a boutique marketing and creative agency serving startups and F1000 companies. She sits on several boards, including the Hudson Valley Credit Union, GenderIDEAL, and the New York chapter of the American Marketing Association. She is also the Chair of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion of AMA’s Professional Chapters Council.
