In 2012, LinkedIn recruited Dan to launch its social selling business line, LinkedIn Sales Solutions, and bring its new platform, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to market. Navigator is now a $1bn+ product line and used by the world’s most successful B2B sales organizations. After LinkedIn, Dan helped catapult social media management technology company Sprinklr to $500M+ ARR and to a valuation of $4B+.

In 2018, after years of watching organizations buy sales technology but lag in adoption and miss their revenue targets, I launched Numentum. Numentum is a buyer experience consultancy built for the digital era. We partner with growth-oriented organizations to advance the effectiveness of their buying experience and deliver the revenue momentum their leaders need to confidently achieve their goals in today’s challenging business environment. Numentum has helped leading global enterprises like Vodafone Business, SAP, Broadcom, and RELX equip and inspire their go-to-market teams to be successful in the new digital buying environment.

Outside of the office, Dan continues his coaching and advisory of hyper-growth companies, most recently helping guide Accompany to acquisition by Cisco for $270m in 2018. He’s an active member of the Forbes Business Development Council, a husband and father of 3, recovering rugby player, and wannabe golfer.
