In 2012, LinkedIn recruited Dan to launch its social selling business line, LinkedIn Sales Solutions, and bring its new platform, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to market. Navigator is now a $1bn+ product line and used by the world’s most successful B2B sales organizations. After LinkedIn, Dan helped catapult social media management technology company Sprinklr to $500M+ ARR and to a valuation of $4B+.
After years of watching organizations buy sales technology but lag in adoption and miss their revenue targets, Dan launched Numentum in 2018 as the world’s only digital revenue acceleration program. With an emphasis on bringing the human back to business, Numentum aligns all revenue functions behind the sales organization to accelerate the use of social media and digital tools to win new customers and deepen the relationship with existing ones. Numentum has helped brands like Vodafone Business, SAP, Broadcom Software, RELX, and more increase new revenue and customer lifetime value.
Outside of the office, Dan continues his coaching and advisory of hyper-growth companies, most recently helping guide Accompany to acquisition by Cisco for $270m in 2018. He’s an active member of the Forbes Business Development Council, a husband and father of 3, recovering rugby player, and wannabe golfer.
