The conference will not be live streamed this year. However, all sessions will be available for registrants to watch on-demand post-event for three months.

You will be able to access all sessions from the day on demand for three months post-event. The week after the event you will be sent an access link and instructions on how to log in.

A standard conference ticket gives you full access to the conference, including all keynote sessions, track sessions, networking opportunities, refreshments and the evening drinks reception.

However, pre-event training is not included with a conference-only ticket.

If you'd like to deepen your knowledge before the conference, you can upgrade to a Conference + Training Pass or purchase a standalone training course. Training takes place the day before the conference.

Yes. Once you've collected your conference badge, you're welcome to leave and re-enter the venue throughout the day. Simply keep your badge with you to gain access when you return.

Before the event, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your unique QR code.

When you arrive at the venue, simply present your QR code at the registration desk and we'll print your conference badge for you.

If you're attending as a speaker or sponsor, dedicated registration desks will be available to help you collect your badge quickly and get you on your way.

Once you've collected your badge, please wear it throughout the event, as you'll need it to access conference sessions and re-enter the venue if you leave during the day.

If you select Pay by Invoice at checkout, we'll issue an invoice to your organisation.

  • Discounted tickets (Super Early Bird/Early Bird): Payment must be received within 30 days to keep your discounted rate. After this, the booking will revert to the standard ticket price.
  • Standard tickets: Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, or before the event if that's sooner.
  • Cancellations: You have a 48-hour cooling-off period after booking confirmation. After that, bookings are non-refundable, although tickets can be transferred to a colleague within your organisation.
