Alex has been with Harte Hanks since 2012, working across an array of B2B technology and service market leaders like IBM, Kyndryl, Xerox, and Cisco. Most recently projects have been focused on how to understand and then engage customers through their buying and service journeys, using ABM, digital, data, content and technology.

Alex is a big believer in intelligence being at the heart of every strategy and customer experience – be it accounts to target or insights on buyers that guide messaging or product features.
