Catherine is a leadership and team coach; she works at all levels of the organisation from Exco through to first-time managers and hi-potentials; delivering 121 coaching, team coaching/ facilitation including culture change programmes. She has strong digital credentials having worked with both technology teams leading digital transformation and engineering teams seeking to build emotional intelligence muscle.

Pragmatic, reflective and compassionate, with a commercial edge, best describe her coaching style. She is passionate about a whole-person-centred approach to coaching and talent development and emotional intelligence (EQ) forms the centrepiece of her work.

Catherine is an in-demand keynote speaker and hosts a Future of Work podcast. She writes and blogs regularly on; human-centred leadership, emotional intelligence, trust, agility, resilience and wellbeing. She has recently joined the post-graduate teaching faculty at Hult International Business School.

Prior to becoming a coach, Catherine enjoyed a 20-year career in b2b sales and business development, leading teams both in Europe and the US, working in fast growth companies.
