Caroline has worked in the Education and Training sector for over 15 years. Her experience ranges from universities and apprenticeship training providers to L&D consultancies. She is currently Corporate Strategy Director for Arden University and is responsible for ensuring the needs of employers are integrated into vocational and professional degree disciplines, to give graduates the best chance of employment following graduation. Caroline also works with employers to build CPD propositions to ensure access to learning and development throughout a learner’s career and at all levels.
