Ceremony Tables/ Seats Terms:
Payment for tables or individual seats at the Awards ceremony must be made in advance of the event. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date, or by 11 November 2026, whichever is earlier.
Any new bookings made after 11 November 2026 must be paid for by credit card at the time of booking.
Failure to make payment in full before the event may result in guests being denied entry to the ceremony.
Fees and Payment Methods:
The relevant fees and payment methods are listed with each Event's description and are also subject to VAT. VAT is applicable for all attendees irrespective of their place of business.
Cancellations and Refunds:
Once a customer has confirmed purchase of a ticket via either phone, email or an electronic agreement management platform there will be a 48-hour cooling off period from the time of confirmation, where refunds will be permitted. Thereafter, the delegate place is reserved, and the booking cannot be cancelled or refunded. Tickets are transferrable, by name, to colleagues within the business, with written consent of the ticket nominee or the finance department. The delegate remains responsible for payment of the applicable ticket fee, regardless of attendance.
