The judging process
The B2B Marketing Awards are judged through a fair, transparent and rigorous two-stage process.
Unlike many awards, our judging panel is made up exclusively of more than 100 senior client-side B2B marketers. Their collective experience across industries and disciplines ensures every entry is evaluated by the people who truly understand the challenges and impact of B2B marketing.

The judging process
1. Submission review
Once entries have closed, every submission is reviewed online through our secure and confidential judging platform. Each entry is independently assessed and scored by our panel of senior client-side B2B marketers against the published judging criteria, ensuring a fair, consistent and transparent evaluation.
The highest-scoring entries in each category are then selected for the shortlist.
2. In-person judging
Following the shortlist announcement, a second panel of judges comes together for an in-person judging day.
Made up of senior client-side B2B marketers and a small number of independent industry experts, the panel reviews and scores every shortlisted entry in private. Only the judges are present during these sessions, ensuring complete confidentiality.
Each shortlisted entry is evaluated against criteria specific to its category, with judges looking for clear evidence of strategic thinking, creativity, innovation, measurable impact and commercial effectiveness.
A process you can trust
Our rigorous two-stage judging process is one of the things that sets the B2B Marketing Awards apart. By combining independent scoring with in-depth panel discussion, and drawing on the expertise of senior client-side marketers, we ensure every shortlisted entry and every winner has earned its recognition through a fair, transparent and highly credible process.
