Nick has more than 30 years of executive leadership experience in the technology industry, focused on go-to-market (GTM), pricing, positioning and building compelling, differentiated, commercial propositions that drive profitable growth.
His tenure, as both Chief Marketing Officer (five times) and Chief Commercial Officer (twice), spans publicly quoted, private equity and venture capital backed businesses, and included periods of accelerated development, turnaround and a number exits.
These roles have been with several established Tech companies (IBM, Dell, BT and others) as well as high growth SaaS businesses, which include the payments ‘unicorn’ Fintrax (now called Planet) and HealthTech gamechanger, eConsult.
Today he specialises in leading GTM Acceleration programmes for a number of Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies.
He is a regular industry speaker, marketing media source and has been judging the annual B2B Marketing Awards since 2008. He has won a few too. Nick was a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing for over 10 years and is now a Propolis Ambassador.
