Hayley is an experienced marketer, having worked both agency and client-side over her career. A proud B2B specialist, she has enjoyed working with large global organisations such as Dell, Vodafone and BP, as well as embracing the unique challenges of working with smaller, varied clients including construction associations and localised technology start-ups. Hayley’s current role is as Head of Marketing – Brand & Content at Virgin Media O2 Business, where she initially led the brand and content strategy for Virgin Media Business, including the hero brand activation VOOM, where start-up and scaling businesses had the opportunity to pitch to Sir Richard Branson and a panel of leading entrepreneurs, and win more than £1M in prizes. And in 2021 Hayley led the brand and customer communications strategy and execution as two leading telco brands Virgin Media and O2 united in a joint venture; and is now working with her team to build reach, relevance and reputation for the joint brand.

With a firm eye on innovation and talent development, Hayley champions the fail-fast mentality to test and learn with the latest techniques and technologies, encouraging her team to explore and continually seek to improve on key KPIs. With a passion for environmental and societal issues, Hayley is proud to have represented Virgin Media O2 Business at the House of Lords Digital Select Committee; highlighting the role that Businesses can and should be playing in closing the digital divide, whilst driving government action to review and reset its digital inclusion strategy.
