Naomi joined Renewi’s Executive Leadership Team in January 2026. She brings 25 years of international commercial leadership experience at Maersk, Damco, and GEFCO. At Maersk, Naomi played a key role in shaping the global sales organization and driving commercial effectiveness. She held senior roles at Damco and GEFCO, overseeing operations and commercial improvements across multiple countries serving as the overall P&L owner.

Since 2023 Naomi has been a Member of The Supervisory Board of Schenk Transport, a specialized international logistics company focused on the road and international transport of liquid products, gases and hazardous materials through Europe. Naomi holds a University degree in Philosophy and executive management education certificates from IMD (Switzerland) and De Baak (Netherlands).
