Basia Borysewicz is currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area leading Product Launch, Sales Enablement, and Account Based Marketing (ABM) globally at Intel for Commercial Client. Previously, she held the position of Marketing Director, Asia Territory based in Singapore where she was responsible for leading marketing strategy, planning, and execution. Her scope entailed consumer through to enterprise customer segments across all routes to market in seven countries.
Prior to joining Intel, Basia headed marketing at Adobe for Small & Medium Business (SMB), Mid-Market, and Digital Media Solutions for Asia Pacific based in Singapore. She led integrated marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies to drive new customer acquisition, increase year-on-year license renewal sales, and digital media footprints. Basia also held various country, regional, and global roles during her 10 year’s tenure at Dell Technologies, prior to commencing at Adobe. At Dell, she covered a breadth of roles including demand and lead generation, marketing strategy, and change management, to name a few. Basia holds a master’s degree in management from Harvard University with a Dean’s List Academic Achievement award. As well as a master’s degree in marketing from the University of New South Wales, and a bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Demography from Macquarie University.
Basia’s experience in various board roles has provided her with insights to ensure her team delivers fully on the needs and requirements of the business and its shareholders. She is also an avid mentor and coach who is passionate about helping others grow and develop their careers.
